Update on William

Thank you for your prayers for William, a once successful and fully functional businessman who has been put into the mental health system against his will and overdrugged and abused for the last 30 years. As many of you know, we have been praying for God to raise up a truth-loving lawyer who is willing to take William’s case to the highest levels of authority.

William’s friend has contacted a high profile and well-known law firm who has expressed interest in this case. If the firm takes on the case, we could see potential media coverage that will help expose the atrocities occurring at this psych ward and others across the country. We hope that more awareness will result in the creation of tougher laws against patient abuse at these facilities.

The law firm decides on whether or not to take the case this coming Wednesday, May 19^th. Please pray for this law firm to take the case!

Regarding William’s condition, he is still in great suffering and anguish due to severe medical conditions and a violent and fearful environment. He frequently speaks of feeling like he will die soon. When William’s friend recently met with the facility’s psychiatrists, the friend asked them, "What objective testing do you typically do to show someone like William has a mental disorder that requires psychotropic drugs?" The response was "None." At least they were honest.
